The Rising Star scholarship was created to promote volunteerism in our youth. All Three Lakes High School seniors who have volunteered in the community are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The receipient is chosen based on an a reflective essay written about the power of volunteering. The scholarship is $1,000 and the awarded senior gets to choose a local charitable organization to receive a microgrant for $300 to continue to promote giving.
