Janele Dupuis
Dupuis is passionate about Three Lakes, noting that it is a special place because it brings together people who have traveled the world and those who have stayed close to home their whole lives. Additionally, she loves the fact that it has four seasons and that life moves a little slower here. When she is not taking advantage of the outdoor sports that the four seasons have to offer, Dupuis teaches elementary school in Three Lakes and is a certified yoga instructor. Dupuis moved to Three Lakes in 2013 and married Shane, a local cranberry grower. She and Shane have two college-age children.

Linda Goldsworthy
After a successful 26-year career as an English and Social Studies educator at Rhinelander High School, Goldsworthy retired in 2022 to care for her husband, Tim. The 2017 Wisconsin Global Educator of the Year previously served as the publicity and marketing director for the Three Lakes Theater Company. Since retirement, she has taken a more active role in the family business, One Stone Cranberry Marsh, and has volunteered for the Three Lakes Meals on Wheels program. In May 2025, she and her husband welcomed their son, Daniel, home as a 4th-generation cranberry grower.

Eileen Hansen
Hansen and her husband, Tony, have been coming to Three Lakes for over 25 years; they relocated here permanently 11 years ago, drawn by the area, the people, and the quiet lifestyle. When she retired in 2013, Hansen was serving as an Assistant VP of Customer Information Services at AT&T, managing marketing and regulatory concerns for the department. During her career at AT&T, she also managed teams of engineers, network planners, and call center operations, while supervising strategic planning, budgeting, and product and business development.

Heather Schuster
A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in accounting, Schuster spent her career as a CPA for Ernst and Young. During her 20 years of visiting and living in Three Lakes, she had discovered a unique aspect of the community… it is a family. She and her husband, Scott, have three children, ages 25, 23, and 20. Schuster and her husband split their time between Three Lakes and Marco Island, FL, where they enjoy boating, water skiing, fishing, watching sunsets, and relaxing. As a family, they enjoy traveling, snow skiing, and golfing.
